Bought a used ladder that needed new wheels. The ladder did not have any decals with item numbers, but it was easy to determine which ladder I had. The Customer Service confirmed the part number that I needed to order with a picture of the ladder. The feet were very easy to change, and the ladder is ready to roll again.

Tried to go cheaper route and their product didn’t work!! I should have bought my replacement feet from the manufacturer. Little Giants replacement kit was delivered fast and guess what? Fit perfectly and I’m back in business!
